The message is from God and He knows the mess you’re in, the dissatisfaction, the depression , your anxiety and fear. Nothing is hidden from Him yet this is His message to you......He loves YOU. You think, so what? He offers you a chance for change. Do you want your life to change? You’ll have to admit right now that all you have done is to try and change to be happy, yet it’s not in your reach....you’ll have to admit that it might be that you don’t know what you need....what will make you happy.

He loves you and makes an invitation to you. He loves you so much that He sent His Son Jesus to show you the depth of His love risking that it would be misunderstood. Knowing that most people ” just don’t get it.” Risking rejection . But He does not reject you. You are reading this now because He led you here and is offering you a chance for change.

“What do I need to do?” you might be asking. This page is just a stepping stone to a new life a better life. What you will read next is a guide for a prayer. Say it in your own words if you like but think about it and mean it when you do. Say it out loud, write it down or print it out if you can’t say it now. This is between you and God for now.

Dear God ,the only living God, I call out to You, I come to You as I am . I know that I have not always lived in a way that has been good for me or the ones I love and others around me, but I’ve thought about it, and with your help I’m willing to change even though this seems impossible for me I put my trust in You to help me. Thank you for this opportunity...please lead me...please give me what I need to make this change for the better.

Now there are some things that you can do and that you will need to try and persist at....it will be hard at times.....but don’t give up. Get a bible...each day spend 10 minutes or more reading it, but before you do, ask God to guide you in what it all means, be patient....stick with it...you will be surprised at how it makes you feel at times......remember it’s like a mirror that you hold up to your soul and lets you see your reflection.....don’t be discouraged...if you’ve made the prayer and got this far God is not about to abandon you now. I recommend you start reading the new testament first.

There is another thing you will have to do in a little while and that is to find a community of people who are also headed where you are. You won’t be able to keep up this new way of life for long, by yourself, even though you want to. Start, and keep asking God to show you a community of believers. Be patient don’t jump in straight away see if the community you’re looking at reflects the new things that you learn in your bible. Don’t look for a perfect one because you won’t find it, just the one God wants you to be a part of.
